On Sunday, October 30, 2016, the Citizens for Brentwood Green Space hosted the second annual "A Walk in the Park". The non-competitive walk was not a pledge walk, it was not a race. Rather, it was a fun activity you did with a club, with your family, or all by yourself!  It was a Halloween treat for your family and you.

This year's event was held between 1 pm and 5pm. The walk and festivities were open to any individual, family, or team.   And, if you attended last year's successful walk, you would have found that many new activities had been added including a tour of the historic Ravenswood Mansion, childrens' activities, balloon art, regularly scheduled hayrides, live Country-Western Swing music by the Farmer and Adele, food provided by Judge Bean's BBQ and sweet treats by Papa C Pies and Bradley's Creamery, a showcase of cars, and vendor products.  Register as an individual (also add family members under individual) OR as a team.

The event brings our community together while supporting a terrific cause - Brentwood Green Space! All proceeds minus the cost of the event will go toward amenities and improvements at Marcella Vivrette Smith Park.
